Advocate for the applicant pointed out that respondent nos.9A, 9B and 13 are duly served and the affidavit of service dated 1.10.2013 is on record.

This application is for condonation of 19 days delay in filing Second Appeal challenging the decree dated 19.12.2011 passed by Appellate Court in Regular Civil Appeal No.73 of 2003.

a) Delay of 19 days in filing Second Appeal is condoned.
