At Mr Aradhye's request leave is granted to amend prayer clause (a) by replacing the word "third" with the word "fifth".

Amendment to be carried out immediately. Reverification is dispensed with.

This Petition was tagged with Writ Petition No.2432 of 2018 which has since been withdrawn by keeping open the questions relating to prayer clauses (a) and (b). This means
2-WP-6791-2021.DOCX that the issue of the constitutional validity of the provisions /notification referred to in prayer clauses (a) and (b) is left open with liberty to the Petitioners to raise such questions if and when any occasion arises.

Mr Aradhye, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the same order as was made in Writ Petition No.2432 of 2018 may be made in this Petition.

Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of as withdrawn by keeping open the questions related to prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Interim orders, if any, are vacated. Interim Applications, if any, do not survive and are disposed of.
