The Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 20/12/2023 passed in Interim Application No.3435 of 2023 in Criminal Appeal No.1047 H. C. Shiv 1/2

11.ia702.22.doc of 2023 had granted bail, pending Appeal to the Applicant on certain conditions. These three Applications were send through jail prior to that date and therefore they were kept pending.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that all these three Applications have become infructuous because the Applicant is granted bail on 20/12/2023.

Considering these submissions, all these three Applications are disposed of as having rendered infructuous. Appeals to proceed in due course.
