1) The PIL is filed in public interest challenging the allotment of land made in favour of Mahila Samaj Vikas Seva Kendra vide Government Resolution dated 14 March 1996.

2) It appears that during pendency of the PIL, the State Government passed an order dated 30 March 2010 cancelling the allotment of land made in favour of Mahila Samaj Vikas Kendra. In that view of the matter, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the PIL. The PIL petition alongwith the Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
