1] The Appeal challenges an order dated 27th June 2002 dismissing application filed by the Appellant seeking review of the judgment and order dated 18.07.2000 passed in First Appeal No.69 of 1991. It being settled law that no appeal lies against an order dismissing an application seeking review and that only remedy available is to challenge the original judgment and order, we dismiss the instant Appeal as not maintainable.

2] In view of disposal of Appeal, Civil Application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
