The revision application filed by the applicant against the conviction recored by the Magistrate and confirmed by the Sessions Judge is admitted. Arguable case is made out. Hence, I am inclined to grant bail. The applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/­ with one solvent surety in the like amount or cash bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/­ in lieu of surety.
