DATED:- 9th JULY, 2024 PC :- 1) After hearing for some time and when the Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for Applicants seeks leave to withdraw bail applications with liberty to move afresh if there is no progress in trial. 2) Permission is granted to withdraw the bail applications. 3) Considering the period of incarceration of Applicants, liberty is granted to move afresh after six months before Trial Court, if there is no progress in the trial. The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

4) The learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to submit a copy of this order on the record of the trial Court within a one week. 5) The Bail Applications are disposed of as withdraw with liberty as prayed for.
