Mr.S.D.Rayrikar, learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 to 5 on instructions states that the learned Revenue Minister would be able to dispose of the revision application alongwith the stay application filed by the Petitioner within four months from today. Till such revision application and stay application are disposed of and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order to the Petitioner, the Respondent No.15 shall not delete the name of the Petitioner from the mutation record. The aforesaid writ petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

Parties are directed to appear before the learned Revenue Minister on 2nd May 2018, at 3.00 p.m.
