The Petitioner was elected as Member of Gram Panchayat. Thereafter, he was elected as Up-Sarpanch. The members moved No Confidence Motion against him, which has been passed on 25th November 2016. The Petitioner unsuccessfully assailed No Confidence Motion before District Collector. Hence, this Writ Petition 2.

Since the term of Petitioner's election is expired, nothing survives for consideration in Writ Petition. The Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
