The First Appeal has been preferred against the Judgment and Award dated 22.05.2003 passed in Land Acquisition Reference No. 70 of 1993. The SLAO had awarded compensation of Rs. 12,600/- which was further enhanced by Rs. 6,480/-.

Considering the meagre enhancement this Court is not inclined to entertain the First Appeal.

First Appeal stands dismissed.

In view of the dismissal of First Appeal, nothing survives for consideration in the pending Civil/Interim Applications and the same stand disposed of.
