The Petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent No.5 - Eduction Officer to decide the proposal sent by the Respondent No.6 - Educational Institution for individual approval to the appointment of the Petitioner in the post of Assistant Teacher.

The Respondent No.5 - Education Officer is directed to decide the proposal for grant of individual approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as 'Assistant Teacher' expeditiously and in any event, within 8 Uday S. Jagtap 1 of
