The Mutation Entry No.1872 dated 1st July 2020, which has been certified giving effect to registered sale deed dated 30th April 2016 is subject matter of present Writ Petition. The learned Advocate appearing for Petitioners would submit that Vardi Application was made by deceased person, therefore, mutation entry is based on forged document.

Apparently, there is no dispute about execution of sale deed dated 30th April 2016. The mutation has been effected on the basis of said registered sale deed.

In that view of matter, keeping all contentions of parties open for decision of Civil Court in pending suit, if any, between parties, Writ Petition stands dismissed.
