The above Writ Petition takes exception to the order dated 6/4/2015 passed by the Respondent No.1 by which order the Appeal filed by the Petitioner against the rejection of his nomination came to be rejected. The Petitioner's nomination filed for contesting the ensuing elections of the Respondent No.3 Bank i.e. The Karad Janta Sahakari Bank Ltd, Karad has been rejected on the ground of non­compliance of Bye­Law No.40. In my view, it is not possible to delve into the said controversy in the writ jurisdiction of this Court, as certain factual aspects would be involved. With the liberty to the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings after the elections are over, if the occasion so arises, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
