The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is not agitating the impugned order imposing punishment of compulsory retirement. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to pay retiral benefits to the petitioner. 3.

We have heard the learned advocate for the respondent nos.2 and 3 as well as the learned AGP for State. 4.

The petitioner is imposed with the punishment of compulsory retirement after inquiry and considering his say to the show cause notice.

The petitioner accepts the punishment imposed upon him. 6.

As far as the retiral benefits and pension are concerned, in case the petitioner is eligible for the same, the respondents may process the proposal as per the rules applicable and take a decision expeditiously, preferably within three months. 7.
