Both these Petitions involve reservations bearing Site Nos. 33 and 34. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that both the reservations have been deleted as per the decision taken by the Government of Maharashtra, which is Amol D. Nawale

In support, copy of Schedule-A to Government Modification No.TPS-1115/388/CR-127/15/UP-13, dated 15th January 2016 is tendered across the bar, which is taken on record and marked as Document 'A' for identification. 2.

In view of the above, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
