Heard Mr. Priyal Sarda, learned counsel for the applicant.

Though served none appears for the non-applicant. 3.

As the contentions in the application are not controverted by the non-applicant by putting his appearance, this Court has considered the issue of hardship.

Parties got married on 24th January, 2017. The nonapplicant initiated proceedings being HMP No.73 of 2020 under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act for divorce. 5.

between two places i.e. place where the transfer is sought and place of initiation of proceedings is almost 250 kilometers one way. It is further informed that the applicant is custodian of one year old child and it will be difficult for her to travel as she is residing with parents. As such, ground of hardship is established. 6.

That being so, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
