Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present matter was listed before the Lok Adalat on 09.12.2023 and on that day consent terms were filed and the matter was disposed of in terms of consent terms, how1/2

171-FA-1104-95 ever, inadvertently the order dated 09.12.2023 records that there is no settlement and the matter be placed before the regular Court. It is submitted that even in Case Information System the matter is shown to be disposed of. 2.

Learned AGP does not dispute the above position. 3.

The consent terms duly singed by the parties and their Advocates are there on record.

The consent terms are within the ambit of Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Civil Procedure Code.

Consent terms are marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. 6.

The Appeal is disposed of in terms of consent terms. 7.
