The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 2 March 2020, at 11 a.m., thereafter, will attend further dates given by the Scrutiny Committee. Statement is accepted.

The Scrutiny Committee, after conducting due enquiry as provided in law and after conclusion of the hearing given to the Petitioner, will thereafter pass an order within a period of 6 weeks.
