This interim application is filed seeking stay to the implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 13th July, 2022 passed by the M.A.C.T., Satara. 3.

This Court by an order dated 31st March, 2023, had permitted the appellant to deposit the entire award amount with accrued interest

Learned advocate for the appellant states that the appellant has complied with the directions passed in the order dated 31st March, 2023, by depositing the entire award amount with accrued interest thereon.

Since the entire award amount along with accrued interest has been deposited, the stay granted by this Court by an order dated 31st March, 2023 is further extended till the hearing and disposal of the First Appeal.
