Pursuant to the orders dated 22nd September,2021 and 30th September,2021 Management submitted pay bills to the Joint Director, Higher Education, Kolhapur. Mr. Narvankar, learned counsel for the respondent-Institution states that the payments will be released to the Petitioner,as computed by the Management. Statement is accepted. 2.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner, does not admit the computation of allowances computed by the management and would accept the amount without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner.

In the circumstances aforesaid, we do not suppose to entertain the contempt petition.

Contempt petition is accordingly dismissed.

We direct the Joint Director, Higher Education, Kolhapur to look into the issue of calculation and entitlement dispute of the petitioner if any and shall pass order after hearing the petitioner as well as Management.

The petitioner would be at liberty to file calculation alongwith reasons for disagreement to the computation made by the Management.

The Management would be at liberty to file its say on the computation of the petitioner before the Joint Director within one week thereafter. Concerned Officer to decide the issue within six weeks thereafter.

The order that would be passed shall be communicated to the petitioner as well as the Management within one week after passing of such order.

If any of the party is aggrieved by the said order, such parties would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 9.
No order as to costs.
10.
