Matter was kept today for recording compliance of the order dated 2nd September, 2021. As per the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 13th September, 2021, the applicant has filed an affidavit setting therein that he will not create any third party interest in the properties owned by him situated at Thane, Palghar and Kolhapur District which are referred by the concerned Investigating Officer in C.R.No. 166 of 2019 registered with the Chiplun Police Station. Thus, the order dated 2nd September, 2021 has been complied.
