The said Order is impugned by the Petitioner by way of Writ Petition No.623 of 2023 filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India before the learned Single Judge of this Court. By its Order dated 24th March, 2023, learned Single Judge has granted ad-interim relief in favour of the Petitioner i.e. stay to the trial. 2) In view of the above, present Petition for quashing of R.C.C. No.70 of 2021 pending before the J.M.F.C., Vaduj, District Satara does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
