This is an application for condonation of delay of 317 days in filing the present revision application.

However, for the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice I am inclined to allow the application subject to condition that applicant shall pay cost of Rs. 5000/­ to the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Mumbai, within a period of four weeks from today.
