1] The prayer made in the Writ Petition is that a mandamus be issued requiring an administrator to be appointed of the Respondent No.6 school.

2] Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that an administrator has been appointed who has taken over the management of the 6th Respondent school. The said administrator has also taken over the management of the 5th Respondent Trust which has established the 6th Respondent school. The administrator is Principal District Judge, Solapur. Thus, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
