Petitioner assails an order dated 15th January 2021 passed by the Family Court, Satara, below Exhibit 49 in Petition No. E-44 of 2019 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

It appears from the record that the present Petition has been filed on 5th April 2021 and till date, no effort has been taken by the Petitioner or her counsel to circulate the Petition. Even today neither the counsel for the Petitioner nor the Petitioner herself is present before the Court. 4.

Since the Petition is pending for the past five years without any effort being made by the Petitioner to proceed with the present matter, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present Petition. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
