y order dated 01/03/2021 passed in Interim Application No.214 of 2021 this court had allowed the concerned parties to withdraw the amount deposited on account of acquisition of the properties as agreed under the consent terms. Grievance of the counsel for the Applicant as well as the Respondent is that the Reference Court has not disbursed the amount despite the order of this Court. The Reference Court to comply with the order dated 01/03/2021 and disburse the amount as per the consent terms within a period of three weeks.
