Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. The applicant is one of the sixteen accused, who are being prosecuted for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 417, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999.

33-IA-3142-2021.doc The applicant is a permanent resident of Kaddaddassam, Taluka-Dekkenikota, District-Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. At the time of granting bail on 5th December, 2019 one of the conditions imposed was that the applicant shall report Faujdar Chavdi Police Station, Solapur once in a month on every first Saturday between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon till further orders. Looking to the nature of accusation and the material placed on record by the prosecution in support of the allegations levelled qua the applicant, it would not be proper to relax the said condition, instead, the applicant shall attend Faujdar Chavdi Police Station, Solapur on every first Saturday between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon once in two months.

The applicant shall abide by rest of the conditions. The application is disposed of.
