Having gone through the averments made in the Civil Application, we find that there is sufficient reason for not filing application for restoration within time. Accordingly, we condone the delay. We also find that there is sufficient cause for nonappearance of the counsel when the matter was called out. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The Writ Petition No.1716 of 2011 is restored to the file.
