By the impugned order, the executing Court has rejected the application under section 47 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 in a decree for possession in favour of decree holder. The Trial Court rejected the petitioner's application on the ground that earlier three similar applications have been rejected. Hence, no interference is called for.

The writ petition is dismissed.
