Heard the learned counsel for parties.

By this petition, the petitioner is challenging the legality, validity and correctness of the impugned order dated 29th July, 2020 passed by respondent No.1 whereby the petitioner is terminated from the service.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has effcacious alternate remedy to prosecute the appropriate proceedings. The learned counsel submits that the time which has been spent by the petitioner in this Court may be

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the following order is passed.

O R D E R

1.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to fle appropriate proceedings as per the provisions of law.

2.

If the delay condonation application is fled by the petitioner, the same to be considered by the appropriate authorities on merits.

3.

No order as to costs.

4.
