Considering that the applicant would be visiting Thialand along with other employees of the Company where he is working and since his visit would be for a short duration, I am inclined to allow the application subject to certain conditions. Gaikwad RD 1/2

The applicant is permitted to depart from India and be in Thialand during period from 8th May 2015 to 14th May 2015 on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall deposit cash of Rs.20,000/­ (Rupees Two Thousand only) as and by way of additional security for his appearance before this court and shall execute an appropriate bond before this Court in that regard.

(b) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer within a week after his return to India and report compliance to this Court.
