Learned APP on instructions from Mr.Nimbalkar, Senior Inspector of Police, Satara City Police Station, submitted that, charge sheet in the case was filed in the year 2010. 2.

In view thereof, present petition for quashing of first information report dated 26th March 2009 bearing C.R No.180 of 2009 registered with Satara City Police Station does not survive. 3.

In view of filing of charge sheet by Police, the Applicant is having substantive remedy of filing an application for discharge, if permissible under provisions of law.

The Application is accordingly disposed off.
