By an order dated 15th September, 2011, this Court has held that the interim relief in terms of prayer clause(b) is not pressed. So far as the interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) is concerned, none appears for the appellant/applicant. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the construction is already completed. If the respondents propose to create any third party interest in respect of the said property, an intimation be given to the applicant, who shall be at liberty to take proper steps. Civil Application stands disposed of.
