The Petitioner is before us making a grievance that in spite of making an application on 10 March 2021 for appointment on compassionate basis in place of Petitioner's husband, who expired on 15 May 2020 while in services of Respondent/Management, no steps are taken by the Management. Notice is issued to the Respondent/Management on 20 July 2022. The Registry has endorsed that the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 Management are served. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the Management has not submitted proposal, the Petitioner's claim for Sneha Chavan

We direct the Deputy Director, Kolhapur to issue notice to Respondent/Management giving them time of three weeks to submit the proposal. If the Respondent/Management does not reply, apart from taking deterrent action, the Deputy Director will proceed on the basis that the Respondent/Management has no objection to consider the application of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
