1] The limited relief claimed in the Petition is for a direction to Respondent No.1 - Education Officer to consider and decide the proposal with regard to grant of approval to the appointment of the Petitioner and payment of salary. 2] Taking into consideration the innocuous nature of the prayer, the Petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.1 - Education Officer to decide proposal with regard to grant of approval to the appointment of the Petitioner and payment of salary as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six weeks from the date of uploading of the order.
