Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. Perused the report dated 8th February 2016 made by the Registrar (Judicial-I). We agree with the said report. Thus, in the light of provisions of section 26 of the Bombay Civil Court Act, 1869, this appeal will have to be transferred to the District Court at Kolhapur. Ordered accordingly. Registry shall at the earliest possible forward all the record and proceedings of this appeal along with civil applications taken out in this appeal, with a copy of this order to the District Court, Kolhapur. 2.

Parties shall appear before the the learned Principal patilsr 1 / 2

District Judge, Kolhapur on 14th March 2016 at 11.00 a.m., who shall hear the appeal himself or assign the same to any other District Judge.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier by this Court shall remain in force till 15th March 2016.
