By this Application, the Applicants seek re-call of the order dated 17.01.2019 passed by this Court ( Coram : K. K. Tated, J. ), by which the aforesaid Writ Petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and the order dismissing the aforesaid Writ Petition for nonremoval of office objections is hereby re-called and the aforesaid Writ Petition is restored back to its original file. Delay, if any, is condoned. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
