We have heard Mr. Sabban, learned counsel for the review petitioner. We have also perused a grounds of review in this review petition which seeks review the judgment and order dated 29 November 2024 passed by this Court. The first contention of Mr. Sabban is that although the land Adm. 120253 Sq. Mtrs. of the petitioner was acquired, however, no ULC compensation was paid. Mr. Sabban has fairly admitted that there was no prayer made in the petition in regard to any relief on compensation being sought. In so far as the other grounds are concerned, we are not inclined to exercise our review jurisdiction, as we find that there is no error apparent on the face of the order.
