Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks liberty to delete the names of the respondent nos.2 to 4 from the cause title of the petition. Leave to amend is granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith to delete the names of the respondent nos.2 to 4 from the cause title of the petition. Re-verification is dispensed with. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent no.1, who appears in person have tendered the consent terms dated 12th April, 2018. The respondent no.1 has produced his Aadhar Card showing his identity. He identifies his signature on the consent terms and confirms that he has understood the provisions of the consent 1/2

906-wp4594-18 terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings recorded in the consent terms are accepted. Learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over a cheque of Rs.54,000/- to the respondent no.1 in Court. 3.
