Interim applications are filed for extension of time to comply with the order dated 5 December 2023. The order dated 5 December 2023 is clear. It directs the Respondents to pay certain amount within a stipulated time period. Thereafter, it would carry interest @6% per annum. Since the applications for extension are made we had called the Applicants to demonstrate bona fides by committing to time limit. Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that time limit cannot be committed to. Such interim applications cannot be entertained.
