The Petitioners have sought a direction to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to demolish unauthorized constructions which are stated to be carried out by Respondent Nos. 4 to 7. We are informed that constructions are not on the Government land but on the private land. How the Petitioners are concerned with this relief and which personal right of the Petitioners is infringed is not demonstrated. The petition is not a public interest litigation. Therefore, at the
