By this Petition, the petitioner is seeking following directions;

"This Hon'ble Court by invoking writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, be pleased to direct the Ld. Addl. Sessions Court, Karad, District Satara to expedite the hearing of Revision Application No.1/2018 and dispose off the same preferably within three months". 3.

Perused the papers. Admittedly, the petitioner has filed a private complaint in the year 2012 in the Court of the learned Magistrate, J.M.F.C, Karad alleging offences punishable under sections 394, 395, 427, 406, 341, 323, 504 r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the learned J.M.F.C, Karad vide an order dated 21st

40-wp-1694-2019.odt December, 2017 dismissed the petitioner's complaint under section 203 of the Cr.P.C. The said order has been challenged by the petitioner before the Revisional Court in 2018. The said Revision Application No.1 of 2018 is pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Karad.

Without going into the merits of the case, considering the fact that the complaint is of 2012, it will be appropriate to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karad to dispose of the Criminal Revision Application No.1 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within four months from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that this Petition has not been considered on merits. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
