The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that by this writ petition they are challenging the order dated 06.03.2017 passed below Exhibit-59 by the 4th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Satara in Regular Civil Suit No.245 of 2009. She further submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, Regular Civil Suit No.245 of 2009 stands disposed of by judgment and order dated 08.05.2018. To that effect, petitioner has placed on record the copy of the said order. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of subsequent development nothing survives in the present writ petition. Hence, following order : a) Writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. b) No order as to costs.
