This Court by order dated 18th April 2023 permitted the complainant to withdraw amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by the accused. Subsequently, it was revealed that the accused had deposited amount of Rs.50,000/- before the Trial Court. 2.

Learned advocate for the revision applicant states that the accused will deposit the amount within one week from today before the Trial Court. Hence, the accused is permitted to deposit remaining amount of Rs.50,000/- before the Trial Court. 3.

On deposit of the said amount, the applicant shall be
