The Applicant has been acquitted for the offence under by SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Date:

2023.07.26 18:03:16 +0530 Prevention of Corruption Act, qua Judgment and order dated 31st SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE December, 2011. It is submitted that, pendency of this appeal against acquittal is causing hardship to the Applicant in getting the pension benefits. The Applicant was a public servant as measurer in Irrigation Department.
