Counsel for the applicant makes a statement that, during pendency of this application before the High Court, the charge­sheet was filed and the applicant preferred another application before the Court of J.M.F.C., Kagal for his release on bail. That application was filed without informing this court, without withdrawing this matter Purti Parab

Ld. Counsel for the applicant is not aware whether Ld. J.M.F.C., Kagal was apprised of pendency of this application. Therefore, Ld. J.M.F.C., at Kagal is directed to verify whether pendency of the instant application was brought to his notice and if it was not done so, the Ld. J.M.F.C., at Kagal shall take appropriate steps against the present applicant in accordance with law. With these directions, the application is disposed of.
