The present Writ Petition is filed impugning order dated 17th March 2025 passed by Respondent No.2-Deputy Secretary, Department of Marketing, thereby appointing Administrator upon Respondent No.5-APMC, on account of completion of 10 years of Executive Directors.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.4 and 5 informs that election of APMC have taken place and new body has assumed charge w.e.f. 11th May 2025.
