:

B.R.GAVAI & BHARATI H. DANGRE, JJ.

DATE :

2nd May 2018.

P.C.

The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by an order passed by the Enquiry Committee, during the pendency of the enquiry proceedings.

2] During the pendency of the present petition, an order of termination, terminating the services of the petitioner came to be passed.

3] In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this

YBG 21asswp426218 petition as the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy of filing an appeal before the School Tribunal challenging the order of termination. However, we clarify that, in the said appeal, the petitioner would be at liberty to raise all the grounds which are raised in this petition, in the event the petitioner intends to file such an appeal challenging the order of termination. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
