By this application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of DV proceeding bearing Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.922 of 2022 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Satara to Family Court, Pune.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant stays at Pune. The Respondent also stays at Pune with her daughter. Only to harass, the DV proceeding is filed by the Respondent at Satara. The Applicant is finding difficulty to attend the Court date at Satara. Hence, requested to allow the application. Shantanu S. It is contention of learned counsel for Respondent that the Respondent stays at Satara. If matter is transferred at Pune, it would cause in convenience to the Respondent. Hence, requested to reject the application.

I have heard both learned counsel. It appears from the Exhibit - E at page 52 filed by the Respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Satara that she stays at Pune. The report cards of the Respondent's daughter shows that she is taking education at Pune. It shows that the Respondent and her daughter stays at Pune. Considering these facts, I pass following order:
ORDER
i. The application is allowed.
ii. The DV proceeding bearing Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 922 of 2022 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Satara be transferred to Family Court, Pune.
iii. The trial Court shall consider it on its own merits. 5.
