The above Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction that the Respondent No.3 be directed to decide the proposal dated 20th March, 2009 in respect of the Petitioner seeking approval to the post of a Full Time Librarian from the Academic Year 20072008 as per the Government Resolution dated 28/6/1994 and 25/11/2005. It seems that the Management has submitted the proposal in respect of the Petitioner granting her status as a Full Time Librarian from 1/8/2007 which proposal is pending before the Education 1/2
13. WP 6143-18.doc Officer, Kolhapur. The Petitioner in the said process is seeking the benefit of the Part Time services rendered by her between the period 10/6/1998 to 31/7/2007. We therefore direct the Education Officer, Kolhapur, to decide the proposal dated 20th March, 2009 pending in respect of the Petitioner latest by 31st December, 2018 by taking all the relevant circumstances into consideration.
